HOW DOES THE CLOTHING FIT?
Please read EACH product description carefully, and note the size chart provided. While we carry one line of clothing, we offer a number of styles all with a different fit. Personally, I'm anywhere from a Medium to 2XL depending on style and fit I prefer. If you have any doubts about what size to order- contact us! Seriously, we want you to get it right and love what you've chosen.
WILL IT SHRINK AFTER WASHING?
YOU CAN EXPECT 5%-7% RANGE OF SHRINKAGE AFTER WASHING AND DRYING. For example: In a size large, this would be the equivalent to approximately 1” in LENGTH of product and .5” in WIDTH of product). This applies to all styles we carry.
We recommend washing in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry.
I DON'T SEE MY SIZE.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Our handmade jewelry uses natural gemstones that have been loved, cared for and cleansed prior to you receiving them.
Each product description will note the metal your jewelry is made from. It's natural for sterling silver to dull over time and it can be restored to it's original state with a soft polishing cloth. Same applies to gold plated pieces. Avoid swimming and bathing in your jewelry as either can quickly tarnish sterling silver or gold plated jewelry.
My preference is to "cleanse" the jewelry I have that contains crystals or gemstones. Each crystal carries certain vibrations and energy and can be recharged by sitting in the sunlight or under a full moon.
Leather earrings are treated to be water resistant. Again, swimming in these beauties is a no-no. If they get misshapen, they can be ironed. (We get it. You tossed them in your purse one day and a month later you found one crumbled up). The key to flattening your earrings back to their original state is to:
- Use a pressing cloth, like a tea towel, between the iron and leather
- Make sure iron produces ZERO steam
- No heat applied to silver or gold portions of the earrings

We estimate 5-10 business days for you to receive your item. If you have a tight time-frame, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can ensure you'll have it when you need it!
Items are shipped via USPS with a tracking number.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGES?
Again, we want you to love what you have! We're happy to process your return for an exchange or give you an online credit for future use on any product on our site. Please note we do not offer refunds and any sale items are final.
You have 10 days from reception of your product to notify us if you'll be exchanging or returning an item. Item must be unwashed, unworn, and in salable condition to be eligible for return. If this is the case, please email email@example.com with the following information prior to returning your item:

- Invoice Number
- Reason for Exchange

You'll be responsible for shipping fees for returning the item. As much as we would love to cover that cost for you, we're a team of two (and one of us a dog who doesn't contribute much towards productivity) and it's simply not something we can currently offer.
We will ship the exchanged item to you at no additional cost.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
It's NEVER our intention to have something go out the door that's defective. If this is the case, email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon a possible to notify us of the damaged or defective item. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your product.
Left Brain Curative will cover all costs associated with defective products. If we are out of stock of the damaged item, a refund will be issued to the same payment method originally used.
